At KO Pilates, we offer both Private Sessions and Open Studio sessions—and the choice is yours!

Here’s how it works:

Private Sessions: Begin your Pilates journey with personalized attention. Whether you’re at the studio or joining virtually, Karin tailors each session to your unique needs. These private sessions accommodate 1-3 people, allowing for focused instruction and individualized corrections. Plus, we offer flexible packages in 30-minute and 55-minute appointment time blocks. Karin is also available to travel to your home or studio to conduct private sessions.

Open Studio: Think of it as a dynamic, supportive community. During Open Studio, you can arrive or tune in at any time within the designated time blocks. Work out, observe, and progress through the system at your own pace. Karin is there to guide you and provide necessary corrections.
