This Pilates studio has great equipment. I have enjoyed learning the different exercises and find it amazing how certain muscle groups can be targeted. Karin is so patient and helpful. As a beginner, I really appreciate the time she takes to help me learn Pilates exercises. Everything she has taught me so far has helped my back issues tremendously.
